Game deck

What's the game deck?
The game deck is one of the most important pages on mangatar. It's the place where you can choose which mangatars have to fight and which dengen cards to line up. In the deck you can improve the mangatars' skills, combine items to the skills and recover your mangatars' HP after a clash.

How to unlock a position in the deck?
On every locked position (both mangatar and card) in the deck it's specified the necessary level to unlock it, just move your mouse on them to read it. Anyway, every 10 levels you get a free position for a mangatar and after the 25th level you get a free position for a dengen card.

What's the market?
The market is the place where you can buy items to improve your mangatars' skills and buy dengen cards to have special powers during the clashes. Moreover you can get coins and soul crystals and activate the premium to have special features.

Coins are one of the two virtual currency on mangatar (with soul crystals). With coins you can buy additional game elements like items and dengen cards. With coins you can also improve your mangatars' skills before a clash.

How to get coins?
There are several ways to get coins, some are well visible (like daily access and winning a clash) and others are hidden and you have to find them during the game. You get coins also activating the premium or converting soul crystals. Additional ways to gain coins are already scheduled and will be added in the next weeks.

The soul crystals are one of the two virtual currency on mangatar (with coins). With soul crystals you can buy additional game elements like items and dengen cards. With soul crystals you can also instantly recover the mangatars HP after a clash or activate the premium.

How to get soul crystals?
There are several ways to get soul crystals, some are well visible (like completing a level) and others are hidden and you have to find them during the game. You can buy soul crystals in the market paying easily with your credit card or with PayPal. Additional ways to gain soul crystals are already scheduled and will be added in the next weeks.

How do I know I get attacked?
There are several ways to know that you get attacked. First, in your home page, there is a summary with all the actions involving your friends and you, there you will find also clashes involving you as a defender. Furthermore, if you enable the email notifications, we will send you an email for each received attack.

How can I find people to attack?
There are several ways to find people to attack. You can use leaderboards if you want to challenge the first users or the discover page if you want to challenge new users. Moreover there is a special page, shuffle clash, that suggest you users to challenge based on your level and XP.

How can I see an hit intensity?
During a clash, under the mangatars, there are two "hits bars" indicating the remaining hits the mangatar can receive before to lose. After every received hit you can see the intensity by watching how many bars it decrease.

What's immunity period?
After every lost clash an user can't be attacked for 60 minutes. This is the immunity period and it helps the user to recover the HP. Remember that if that user start a new clash the immunity period will be immediatly cancelled.

What's HP?
HP (health points) represent the life energy for a mangatar. Every mangatar starts with 100% HP and after every clash it loses some HP. You can see the HP of your mangatars both in the deck and during a clash. The HP for other users' mangatars is visible only during the clashes.

Does HP influence a clash result?
Yes it does. If your mangatars have very high skills and low HP values thay have less probabilities to win a clash. Be sure to have high values of HP before important clashes.

How can I recover the HP?
There are two ways to recover the HP of your mangatars after a clash: normal recover or immediate recover. Both the buttons are above your mangatars in the deck. Note that normal recover is completely free but you have to wait a while (the recovering time depends on the HP value) while immediate recover (boost button) make your mangatars ready instantly but it costs one soul crystal.

What are skills?
Skills are mangatars' abilities. Every mangatar has six skills: strength, agility, stamina, smartness, instinct and spirituality. During a clash all the skills values are involved and they are crucial for the result.

What are the dengen cards?
Dengen cards are special cards you can add in your deck and play during a clash. They have special powers to add unpredictability to clashes like increase skills, reduce HP, give immunity, etc.

How can I use a dengen card?
To use a dengen card, first you have to buy it in the market and then add it in your deck, by clicking the "in deck" button behind every card. The position of a dengen card is important: it represents the exact moment where the card will have effect.

How long is the dengen cards effect?
Every dengen card takes effect before the mangatar and the effect go on for the whole round. At the end of the round, independently from the result, the card effect is over.

Some dengen cards are unlocked when you complete a level. Those cards are visible, for ever, in the market in the section "unlocked dengen cards". Other dengen cards are visible, in a random way, just for one day and you can buy them only that day! Those cards are visible in the market in the section "available today".

What are the items?
Items are special elements you can combine to your mangatars in order to increase the skills values. Each skill can be improved with one item and the value can overcome the level limit.

How can I use an item?
To use an item, first you have to buy it in the market and then combine it to the mangatar in your deck. Click the related skill button on the left side of each mangatar and you will see all the items available for that skill. Then choose the one you want to combine to the mangatar. Remember that each item can be used just on one single mangatar.

How long is the items effect?
Every item takes effect for all the rounds of a clash in which that mangatar is involved.

What's XP?
XP (experience points) represents the user experience on mangatar. It directly affects the user level and the skills values. You can check your XP value in every moment moving the mouse on the level bar.

How can I increase my XP/complete a level?
In order to complete a level (and start the next one) you need to increase your XP value. The only way to increase your XP value is to win clashes. For every clash you win you receive XP, based on the level of your opponent: higher its level, higher the received XP.

What are popularity points?
Popularity points represent your participation and engagement in the mangatar community: mangatars created, votes, comments, etc. They don't affect in any way your XP, your level and the clashes results. They are related just to the community and the badges.
